School Development Plan
The School Development Plan is a medium to long term view from our Senior Leadership Team and Board of Governors to outline how Blackwater School's aims to develop in the future.
These are constantly under review as the educational landscape changes with new teaching ideas affecting it as much as government policy and funding. Regardless of these circumstances, all aspects of the school environment are considered in every School Development Plan to deliver the ultimate goal of the best possible start in life for all of our pupils.
Each year we have a Parent School Development Plan meeting in September to share the vision with our community and families.
